The popular SIETAR BC (Society for Intercultural Education, Training And Research) and BC TEAL (Teachers of English as an Additional Language) book club is back for 2023 - 2024!
The club will be gathering online monthly to share conversations about the readings and learn together.
Book 2 is starting Tuesday February 20 th at 7:00. In the first meeting we will be reading the first 5 chapters (98 pages).
We all need to look at our biases and reflect to improve our communications in all areas of our lives. Join the BCTEAL/SIETARBC bookclub for two sessions to discuss the book "whistling vivaldi: how steretypes affect us and what we can do" Meet on zoom and openly discuss with others in a supportive way!
