Join us for the TCF 40th Anniversary Gala 🎉 as we honour four decades of supporting English language learners, refugees, students, and educators through scholarships and awards.
Your participation helps sustain educator, EAL student, and refugee awards and other TCF scholarships that open doors to post-secondary education and professional growth in BC. Together, we continue our commitment to the teaching and learning of English as an additional language. ✨
